Anna qualified from University of Manchester, School of Physiotherapy in 2001.

After gaining extensive experience in the NHS as a senior musculoskeletal physiotherapist, she moved into the private sector whilst living abroad in the Middle East.

She particularly enjoys treating patients with spinal conditions, and has an interest in chronic pain and its management approaches. With this in mind she finds the use of acupuncture helpful in her rehabilitation of patients, incorporating a holistic whole body approach to her treatments.

Her specialist interest is in womens health, from pregnancy to menopause, and its effect on the musculoskeletal system. She has undertaken specific acupuncture training for womens health conditions and finds great satisfaction in helping those in pregnancy seeing significant improvement in their symptoms through acupuncture.

Physiotherapist and Sports Massage therapist

Evie is a Chartered Physiotherapist and Sports Massage Therapist. She has a special interest in women’s pelvic health.

Evie represented her county at cricket from a young age. Over the years she was unfortunate and sustained a number of injuries. This brought her in contact with a number of Physiotherapists who inspired her to pursue a career in Physiotherapy.

As well as treating sports injuries, Evie has a specialist interest in women’s pelvic health, from all things pre-natal through to the menopause, and beyond. She understands how a woman’s body changes throughout her life, whether they have children or not, and how much these changes can impact health and wellbeing. A woman should not have to live with these dysfunctions! Evie has undertaken specific training in assessing and treating women’s pelvic floor dysfunction.

"I believe Physiotherapy can help rehab patients to be able to do so much more than daily movements without symptoms. At Head2Toe there is an expectation from patients and physiotherapists that we aim to rehab patients to allow them to successfully return to their sports, hobbies or normal life".

To achieve this, my treatment options include manual therapy in addition to exercise prescription and of course advice on managing the condition for the short, medium and long term"!
