Anna qualified from Manchester School of Physiotherapy in 2001, and she commenced her junior rotations at The Royal Oldham Hospital, Lancashire. On returning to the North West, to The Royal Oldham hospital, she began specialising in womens health musculokskeletal conditions, as well as working along side Clinical Specialists and a Consultant physiotherapist as part of the ICATS team. She later became a Team Leader within the NHS, managing a musculoskeletal physiotherapy service. Since 2004 Anna has worked privately with her own community based physiotherapy service, seeing clients with ante-natal and post-natal needs. She has undertaken specific acupuncture training for womens health conditions and finds great satisfaction in helping those in pain in pregnancy see significant improvement in their symptoms through acupuncture. She has recently moved to the area, after living in the Middle East for 5 years where she was working privately treating the expat population.

She looks forward to enjoying life back in the UK with her family.

  • BSc (Hons) Sports & Exercise Science
  • MSc Physiotherapy
  • Diploma in Sports Massage
  • MCSP – Chartered Physiotherapist
  • MHPC – Health Professions Council

Grace is a Senior Chartered Physiotherapist and Sports Massage Therapist.

Grace competed nationally at swimming from age 13, often training 5 hours a day. Unfortunately, this resulted in injuries, surgery and time on the treatment table and in the rehab gym. Grace’s physio not only kept her body together but acted as a mentor. Grace has a unique insight in to how important a good physiotherapist can be at helping people get back to what they love doing – be it elite sports or weekend hobbies.

Grace completed a degree in Sports and Exercise Science at Loughborough University, graduating in 2013, then from Oxford Brookes University in 2015 with a Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy.

Grace has a passion for treating sports injuries, having previously worked closely with numerous national sports teams such as the Women’s Welsh National Lacrosse Team and Holcombe Women’s Hockey Club.

Grace will be providing physiotherapy (sports and spinal injuries), acupuncture and sports massage.
