Physiotherapy is a profession that encompasses many different specialities, including Musculosleletal (MSK), Orthopaedics, Neurological, Paediatric, Respiratory, Sports, Elderly Care, Womens Health and Hydrotherapy.
In this country, Physiotherapists must successfully complete a 3 year degree program, learning about all aspects of the profession. Most still graduate and go to work in a hospital setting. In hospitals, they often work in various specialties or rotations, before deciding to specialise in one particular area.
