I had never had to see a Physiotherapist before but a niggling problem with my hamstring meant a visit was required. I had dismissed this initially as not being anything other than age catching up and new desk bound role at work but was surprised to find that it wasn’t just a muscle problem and I had may have been compounding the problem with the type of stretching I was doing! Sam advised exercises to work on for core strength and added some neural mobilising stretches which I am pleased to say have made a huge difference. I wish I had asked for some proper advice years ago rather than just doing what everyone else seems to do – which invariably is wrong.
