Grace is a Senior Chartered Physiotherapist and Sports Massage Therapist.

Grace competed nationally at swimming from age 13, often training 5 hours a day. Unfortunately, this resulted in injuries, surgery and time on the treatment table and in the rehab gym. Grace’s physio not only kept her body together but acted as a mentor. Grace has a unique insight in to how important a good physiotherapist can be at helping people get back to what they love doing – be it elite sports or weekend hobbies.

Grace completed a degree in Sports and Exercise Science at Loughborough University, graduating in 2013, then from Oxford Brookes University in 2015 with a Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy.

Grace has a passion for treating sports injuries, having previously worked closely with numerous national sports teams such as the Women’s Welsh National Lacrosse Team and Holcombe Women’s Hockey Club.

Grace will be providing physiotherapy (sports and spinal injuries), acupuncture and sports massage.
